The decision to outline the drawing in black ink was a good decision. It gives your painting a crispness and more defined shapes that pop out. I also love that there are paintings within the paintings with the same color. like if I only look at the red I see a cool shape.
I didn't even think about looking at just the colors and deciphering a shape, but I see it now! I wasn't trying to do that, but it does serve as an intriguing picture within the painting. I decided to make the black line thicker to define it more and add more depth and width to the painting.
